Blackwood Design and Coronavirus (COVID-19)
We have received some questions from our customers about how we intend to keep our service operational during the current Coronavirus emergency. With this in mind the following information should explain our position.
As you know, the websites, applications and services we provide are all internet based and as such are largely unaffected by the COVID-19. Your website or application will continue to work as normal.
As a company we are 100% home/remote workers so we are already self-isolated by design and we will of course be following all government advice to keep ourselves safe and our service working.
Our systems are not dependent on human intervention, are robust and are remotely managed when maintenance is necessary.
If you need information added to your website regarding the Coronavirus and the operation of your business, please do not hesitate to ask and we will complete this as a priority.
